First Exploitation workshop

Our partners from FENIX TNT organized the first exploitation workshop to engage in discussions about the importance of exploitation in the FOREST project.

The meeting started with an overview of what will be discussed during these annually planned meetings and an explanation of what is the purpose, function and objectives of exploitation. The partners went over the list of the FOREST exploitable results and the characterization of results and risk assessment, with a risk assessment tool presented. The meeting concluded with an explanation of identifying necessary resources and establishing exploitation partnerships.
