Bitrez at ECS 2023

The European Coating Show is a bi-annual event attended by most of the main organisations manufacturing and supplying industrial coatings. The exhibitions cover the fields of paints, coatings, and sealants. Over a three-day period, exhibitors and visitors will be able to discuss the latest developments within the coatings industry. The demands placed on paint and coatings are growing all the time. The decision-makers and leaders in the coatings industry face great challenges and the ECS provides for meetings to discuss the latest developments.

Sustainability is an issue for the chemical sector and whilst attending the ECS we took the opportunity to share some details of the work being undertaken by the FOREST consortium and to invite interest in sustainable materials for use in other areas other than composites. This was well received and created interest from several organisations, several having divisions working in the composites sector and possible customers when the project comes to fruition.
