Role in the project

AIMPLAS focuses primarily on effective project management and resource optimization in the FOREST project. Their main tasks include coordinating and monitoring project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and fostering collaboration and strategic decision-making throughout the project.

Along with project coordination, AIMPLAS takes charge of risk management by developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management plan. Additionally, AIMPLAS works closely with partners on the experimental processing of multifunctional biocomposites, further advancing the project's technological capabilities.
