Bitrez at the JEC World 2025
From March 4–6, 2025, the FOREST project was proudly represented at the 60th edition of JEC World in Paris, France, by our partner, Bitrez Ltd. As one of the most influential events in the composites industry, JEC World provided an outstanding platform to highlight our dedication to sustainable innovation and engage with key players across the sector.
This year’s JEC World set new records, gathering 1,300+ exhibitors and over 40,000 visitors from 100+ countries. The event spotlighted innovation, circularity, and the future of sustainable composites, aligning perfectly with the FOREST project’s values. Innovation took center stage, showcasing advanced materials, new processing techniques, and breakthrough applications across industries.
At their booth, Bitrez Ltd actively promoted the FOREST project. The event offered an excellent opportunity to connect with existing and potential customers while presenting Bitrez's broader engagement in European research initiatives. Engaging discussions occurred around ongoing consortium projects, offering space to share knowledge and build momentum for joint innovation.
One of the key moments was the first in-person meeting of the EcoComposites Cluster, where our partners had the chance to connect directly with sister projects: r-LightBioCom, FURHY, SUSPENS, MC4 Project and REPOXYBLE.
The FOREST project had the opportunity to engage in valuable discussions on the role of sustainability in composite materials. The meeting also allowed participants to exchange insights on the latest technological advancements in the field and to make meaningful connections and opened new ways of collaboration.
